The Common Operational Picture provides a central location to access a suite of maps and applications for the various groups within the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The applications support focused workflows and allow each group to contribute to a common operational dataset through a shared services catalog.

The Common Operational Picture is a configuration of the Minimal Gallery group application template that allows you to organize the applications and maps used to maintain awareness of a situation before, during, and after an incident or event. This is a responsive application that can be accessed on desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.


The Common Operational Picture requires specific software.

What you get

The Common Operational Picture application is a configuration of Minimal Gallery application and ArcGIS Online without downloading any applications. However, if you want to host the application on your own server the application is available to download from ArcGIS Online.
