Community Parcels is a solution that helps communities (states, counties, emergency operations centers, and so on) aggregate parcel information from authoritative sources and use this information to facilitate valuation, emergency response, permitting, land use and other related workflows.

This solution supports two parcel data aggregation models:

• The Contributor Model allows authoritative data producers to update the community parcel layer directly on a regular schedule.
• The Aggregator Model allows authoritative data producers to send their parcel data to a community aggregator so the community parcel layer can be updated.

To get started, download the ArcGIS Solution and place the contents on your computer. Then, you can configure Community Parcels in your environment. In doing so, you'll learn how to aggregate and publish parcel information and assemble parcels maps in your environment.
