Overview

Warming and Cooling Center Reporter is a configuration of Crowdsource Reporter that can be used by community members to identify the location of warming and cooling centers used during extreme weather conditions. Public health and safety personnel can also configure Crowdsource Manager to review warming and cooling centers submitted by community members prior to sharing them with the general public.

Warming and Cooling Centers are short-term emergency shelters that operate when extreme cold or heat become dangerous to public health. The centers are typically located in public facilities such as libraries, schools, churches, or community centers.

Requirements

To deploy Warming and Cooling Center Reporter with the ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Tool requires specific software.
