To publish a proposed development to the scene, complete the following steps:

1. Start the ArcGIS Pro application and open the project package from the active portal.
2. On the View tab, in the Windows group, click Catalog, and click Catalog Pane.
3. In the Catalog pane, expand Maps and review the map provided.
4. In the Catalog pane, expand Toolboxes and to review the toolbox and tools provided.
5. In the Catalog pane, expand the Tasks folder, then double-click on the Add 3D Models task to add the new development to the scene.
6. Choose a task, depending on the format that the proposed development is in:
   • Use the Load Multipatch Model task if your proposed development is already stored in the geodatabase as a multipatch feature class.
   • Use the Insert 3D Model task if you have the development in any of the supported 3D formats (*.dae, *.flt, *.3ds, *.wrl). Optionally, modify the inserted model by moving, scaling, or rotating it.
   • Use the Mask Existing Features task to hide features of existing layers that overlap with the proposed development.
7. Double-click on the Publish Proposed Development task in the Catalog pane to share the Proposed Development to your organization.
