Overview

Transportation 511 is a configuration of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS that can be used by residents and visitors to understand roadway conditions and closures that may impact travel throughout a state.

Transportation 511 includes a script that can be scheduled to run regularly to keep the application up to date with information from an organization's incident management system. This enables the traveling public to make informed transportation choices using real time traffic and roadway condition information.

  • The Info Summary widget is now an in-panel widget. The widget placement within configured applications will no longer be on the right side, it will be displayed in accordance with the current theme.
  • Minor bug fixes in the Info Summary widget.
June 2017
  • The Info Summary widget now supports showing all features rather than filtering by extent.
  • The Info Summary widget returns results as an alphabetized list.
  • The Info Summary widget panel will now be sized to fit the list content.

  • The Overwrite Hosted Features script has been updated to properly clean up the file geodatabase during script execution.

  • Displaying the count of features for each layer is now a configurable option.
  • The ability to expand a layer to show a list of features in the current map extent has been added. It is also possible to group features in the list by a specific field.
  • The Info Summary widget now supports CSV, KML and GeoRSS data types.
  • The user interface for configuring the widget has been updated.
  • Cluster layers now remain visible on the map when the Info Summary widget is closed.
  • The overwrite script no longer requires ArcREST.
  • The overwrite script now supports additional update modes: overwrite only the feature collection and overwrite only the feature service.
