Guardrail Inventory is a configuration of ArcGIS Online and the Collector for ArcGIS application that can be used by Department of Transportation staff to inventory railings placed alongside a road for safety purposes.

The Guardrail Inventory map helps Department of Transportation staff develop a comprehensive inventory of guardrails; and prepare this information for related maintenance management workflows.


Guardrail Inventory requires specific software.
