Overview

High Injury Network Locator is a configuration of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS that can be used by the general public to locate streets and intersections where concentrations of serious and fatal crashes occur. This application complements Complete Streets or Vision Zero initiatives adopted by government agencies to reduce fatalities or serious injury on roadways in their community.

In many communities a high percentage of severe injury or fatal crashes occur on a small percentage of the streets. Public works, law enforcement or transportation agencies can use Crash Analysis to generate this High Injury Network (HIN) and then deploy the High Injury Network Locator to educate the community.
