Overview

Map Change Request

One important capability for maintaining current GIS information is allowing field crews to view map data and network infrastructure while in the field. The Map Change Request solution allows field crews to record discrepancies to better communicate inaccurate or missing assets with GIS departments.

Map Change Request is a configuration of ArcGIS and can be accessed by your organization using ArcGIS Collector in the field or a web browser for office staff. By using this map, utility staff can efficiently communicate with GIS staff about data inaccuracies.
