Overview

Note: Public Information Center has been moved to the Retired Lifecycle Phase.

Public Information Center is a configuration of ArcGIS and a JavaScript application provides citizens access to authoritative information about work activities such as capital projects, main breaks, alerts, and out-of-service hydrants. This application also allows citizens to submit requests for service.

Public Information Center can be used by water utilities, public works agencies, or other local government organizations to deliver a web-based public information application.
