Send assessment to one facility

Using the Business Resilience solution you will be able to send assessments to each facility to understand what their current status is based on an upcoming event.

  1. Open the Business Resilience app.
  2. Select the facility of interest from the list on the side of the application or zoom to the location of the facility and click the facility.
  3. In the pop-up window, there is general information about the facility.
  4. Click the link under Operational Status to send an Operational Assessment to Facility.
  5. A formatted email will appear that will have general information about an event. Add more context to the email if necessary.
  6. Send the email to facility manager.

Send assessments to multiple facilities

Using the Business Resilience solution you will be able to generate a report that will identify multiple facilities that need to fill out an assessment based on an upcoming event.

  1. Open the Business Resilience app.
  2. Select the Create Assessment Report widget from the top right hand area of the application.
  3. The widget will open and you can choose to select an area of interest by Place name or using a Draw tool.
  4. Click the Report button.
  5. Expand the Facilities button to see the list of each facility selected.
  6. If you want a CSV, click the download button.
  7. If you want a PDF report, click the print button and choose a size for the report.
  8. Click the print button.

Review assessments from a facility manager

Two simple ways to review the assessments that have been submitted from the facility managers.

Choose an assessment from the map:

  1. With this window open, click on the assessment you wish to review.
  2. Make the desired changes and click Save to apply.

Choose an assessment from the list on the left side of the application:

  1. The assessments are organized by their current status.
  2. Click on a status to expand the list.
  3. Choose the assessment of interest and a pop-up will appear on the map.
  4. Click the ellipses on the bottom right of the pop-up and select Smart Editor. The assessment window will open up for further review.

Modify the operational status of a facility

Using the Business Resilience solution allows you to modify the status of a location within your organization as the operational status changes.

  1. Select the Modify Facility Status widget from the top right of the application.
  2. Select one of the four options to select facilities by.
  3. Draw the feature on the map, which will then launch the pop-up window.
  4. Modify the Operational Status from the drop down menu.
  5. Add notes about the modification by typing in the information box.
  6. Click save to modify the features.
