What is the Electric Network Editor map

The Electric Network Editor map provides an editing environment in ArcGIS Pro designed to streamline the creation and attribution of network assets. One example of how this is done is with editing templates that support the creation of complex data such as fuse banks, which contain multiple assets. These templates not only define the included assets but also set connectivity and containment of included features.

The Electric Network Editor map contains the following features:

  • Symbology
  • Editing templates
  • Scale suppression
  • Display filters

Because the Electric Editor map supports the baseline configuration of a utility network, you can configure the map as needed to meet your electric editing workflows. The gallery below provides a set of StoryMap workflows designed to show some of the capabilities of the utility network.
