To collect a new asset record complete the following steps:

1. Open ArcGIS Survey123 field app.
2. Navigate to Download Surveys within the main menu.
3. Search for Community Resilience Survey you have published and downloaded.
4. Once downloaded return to My Survey.
5. Select the Community Resilience Survey you have just downloaded.
6. Select the Inbox icon to edit existing survey data.
7. Select the Map button and pan to your area of interest, then click refresh

   Alternatively select the List button, then click refresh.

8. Click on the asset record you wish to edit.
9. Once the survey has loaded, complete your edits and select submit to update the asset information.
