Public Information is a configuration of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS that can be used by the general public to review authoritative emergency information and understand the status of an incident or event.
To deploy Public Information with the ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Tool requires specific software.

Public Information can be deployed in your ArcGIS organization without downloading the solution. When you deploy Public Information in your organization, you'll find the following:

| EmergencyShelters | A feature layer used to store emergency shelters and maintain their status. | |
| EmergencyShelters_public | A public feature layer view used to share information about emergency shelters and their status. | |
| Evacuations | A feature layer used to store evacuation routes, areas, and their status. | |
| Evacuations_active_public | A public feature layer view used to view active evacuation routes, areas, and their status. | |
| RoadClosures | A feature layer used to store current and planned road blocks, road closures with location affected, and detour routes. | |
