Overview

Special Needs Registry is a configuration of Survey123 for ArcGIS that can be used by the general public to enroll in a Special Needs Registry that ensures personal safety during an emergency incident.

Special Needs Registry is typically provided by public safety or emergency management personnel to vulnerable populations whose needs are not fully addressed by traditional service providers. During an emergency, response personnel may enter the residents of those enrolled in an Special Needs Registry program to assure the safety and welfare of an individual.

Requirements

Deploying Special Needs Registry with the ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Tool requires specific software.
