Overview

ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence is a workstation for intelligence analysis. It consists of a Managed Configuration of ArcGIS Pro, along with Add-ins, Geoprocessing Tools, and other project components. Together, these components provide a streamlined user experience and specialized tools for your workflows.

With ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence, you can do the following:

  • Streamline data management and symbolization using the Batch Import tool and a custom style.
  • Turn spatial queries into conditions and receive notifications when your data satisfies them in the Alerts pane.
  • Visualize spatial and nonspatial relationships between entities using link charts.
  • Visualize your data along a temporal axis using timelines.
  • Follow tasks that narrate workflows customized to specific intelligence disciplines.
  • Use the Production tab which contains tools needed to package, share, print, and export data and products.

Once you've downloaded ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence and installed it on your computer, you can explore the following components:

Tactical Graphics Templates for control graphics for operational planning features.
Tools Batch Import A geoprocessing tool that takes an input folder with multiple data file types and converts them to feature classes in a single geodatabase. This button is located on the Data tab.
Alerts A custom pane for creating conditions from spatial queries and examining the resulting alerts. This button is located on the Data tab.
Find Overlaps A geoprocessing tool that takes input polygon layers and identifies groups of overlapping polygons. This button is located on the Analysis tab.
Blind Spot A set of geoprocessing tools that take input time enabled points and identify areas of coverage over time based on a specified range. This button is located on the Analysis tab
Tracks from Points A geoprocessing tool that takes input time enabled points creates output track lines whose direction indicates sequence. This button is located on the Data tab.
Solutions Military Tools for ArcGIS Foundational tools that include converting coordinates, measuring geodesic distances, conducting visibility analysis, and creating features with military symbology.
Crime Analysis Foundational tools that support crime analysis workflows, including tactical and strategic analysis, investigative analysis, and information sharing.

    • Updated the Batch Import tool with the ability to filter input data by file type and name, as well as a parameter for including or excluding subfolder search.

At version 2.4 and forward, the product is named ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence. The application was renamed to better align with the ArcGIS Platform, specifically the ArcGIS Pro application on which the solution is based.

    • Redesigned the start experience and added the ability to add custom Project Templates with your organization's maps, data, and other project elements
