The GeoForm configurable application template consumes maps that are accessible to the general public and named users in your ArcGIS organization. Create an Address Crowdsourcing map and share it with the general public and other stakeholders. They can then access the application on their smartphone, tablets, and desktop computers.

Address Crowdsourcing map

To create an Address Crowdsourcing map, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to your ArcGIS organization.
2. Create a map used to submit proposed address sites, by completing the following workflows:
   • Choose a basemap.
   • Add the CommunityAddress layer to the map and rename it to Community Address.
   • Save the map as Addresses Crowdsourcing and add the following tags and summary:
     • Tags: Addresses, Land Records, Address Crowdsourcing, Planning and Development, Fire Service, Law Enforcement, Local Government
     • Summary: A map used in the Address Crowdsourcing application to contribute missing addresses.
3. Save the map and share with everyone.
