Overview

Mosquito Spray Exclusions is a configuration of the GeoForm application that can be used by property owners to request an exclusion from adulticide spraying near their home or business. A spray exclusion may be requested by a property owner because they have a medical concern or sensitivity to adulticide. An exclusion may also be requested if they have an organic garden or farm; or are raising bees and butterflies at the location. Mosquito Control agencies evaluate each individual request and incorporate justified requests into their authoritative list of exclusions. These exclusions are used in spray planning and are areas that will be avoided during spray operations.

Mosquito Spray Exclusions can also be used to inventory property owners that would like to be notified when spraying will occur around their home or business. Mosquito Adulticide Planning can be used to notify these property owners via an email when an upcoming spray is planned around their home or business.
