Election Results is a configuration of Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS that can be used by the general public to view results tabulated on election night, and historical results shared after each election.
Election Results is typically used by Clerks, Election Commissions, or Secretary of State Offices to deliver a map-based election reporting application. This application provides access to the organization 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and typically supplements tabular results published by these organizations.
To deploy Election Results using the ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Tool requires specific software.
Election Results can be deployed in your ArcGIS organization without downloading the solution. When you deploy Election Results in your organization, you'll find the following:

|Feature layers||ElectionResults||A feature layer used to store election results and their corresponding geography (for example, precinct, county).|
|ElectionResults_dashboard||A feature layer view used to monitor results for elected offices, proposals, and voter turnout.|
|ElectionResults_join||A feature layer view used to store election results for a specific geography (for example, precinct, county).|
