Create groups

Property Lister leverages two groups to organize and share maps used in the Property Lister applications.

Create your Property Lister groups

To create the Property Lister groups, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your ArcGIS organization.
  2. Create the following groups in your ArcGIS organization.
    Details

    Owner: Publisher account (within a state government department or agency that is responsible for authoring the application)

    Group Name: Property Lister

    Summary: This group is required to configure the Crowdsource Reporter application and used to share maps with real estate professionals who will be submitting buildings and sites.

    Description: This group is required to configure the Crowdsource Reporter application and used to share maps with real estate professionals who will be submitting buildings and sites.

    Tags: Property Lister, Crowdsource Reporter

    Who can view this group: Everyone (public)

    Who can join this group: Only those invited by a group manager

    Who can contribute content to the group: Only group owner and managers

    Sort group content by: Title and Ascending

    Summary: This group is required to configure the Crowdsource Manager application and used to share maps with state government personnel who will be reviewing buildings and sites submitted by the general public.
