Create a customers map and share it with your organization to view and search for residential and business customers. Members of your ArcGIS organization can then access the map on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

To create a Customers map, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to your ArcGIS organization.
2. Create a new map that can be used to view customers, by completing the following workflow:
   • Choose a basemap.
   • Add the residential and business customer layers to the map.
   • Enable and configure the layers pop-up properties.
   • Configure feature search for the layers.
   • Save the map as Customers.
3. Share the map with your organization.
