The Service Territory Viewer is created using the ArcGIS Basic Viewer configurable app template and the Service Territory map. This app is used on a web browser to view and locate the service territory of the telecommunications company.

To configure the Service Territory Viewer, complete the following steps:

1. Create an app from the Service Territory map and the Basic Viewer configurable application template. Share the app using the same properties as the Service Territory map.
2. Configure the app.
3. Browse to the Service Territory Viewer and edit the item details:
   • Title: Service Territory Viewer
   • Thumbnail image:
   • Summary: An app to locate and view the service territory of the telecommunications company.
