Create a service territory map and share it with your organization to access the service territory information. Members of your ArcGIS organization can then access the map on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

To create a Service Territory map, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to your ArcGIS organization.
2. Create a new map that can be used to view the service territory, by completing the following workflow:
   • Choose a basemap.
   • Add the service territory and regions layers to the map.
   • Configure the layers pop-up properties.
   • Save the map.
3. Share the map with your organization.
