Once the solution has been deployed, optionally configured, and data loaded, the services, maps, and apps need to be shared with the appropriate groups and users in your organization.

Below are a few suggested sharing properties for the Lead Service Management solution. If you have already configured your ArcGIS organization with the groups for your organization, the users and example groups that the item would be shared with are noted. While sharing the apps you may be prompted to share the related maps and services as well. To avoid permission issues, always update the sharing properties of the maps and services to match those of the apps they participate in.
