Create a New Plan

Remove the sample features and add your own features for the observation post plan.

To create a new plan, complete the following tasks:

  1. Review and Delete the Example
    • Delete Existing Point Features – Delete all of the existing Point features.
    • Delete Existing Storage Features – Delete all of the existing Storage features.
    • Delete Existing Structures Features – Delete all of the existing Structures features.
    • Delete Existing Line Features – Delete all of the existing Line features.
  2. Create an OP Layout Plan
    • Change Name of the OP Map – Change the map name to something that reflects your task or operational area.
    • Create Point Features – Create new Point features as needed.
    • Create Storage Features – Create new Storage features as needed.
    • Create Structure Features – Create new Structure features as needed.
    • Create Line Features – Create new Line features as needed.
    • Additional Feature Subtypes – Add additional feature subtypes to an existing feature class.
    • New Feature Classes – Create new feature classes and add them to the feature template.
