Citizen Reports is a configuration of ArcGIS Online and the GeoForm configurable application template that can be used by citizens to report non-emergency incidents.

Citizen Reports is used by the public as a means to provide non-emergency reports and observations throughout the community. This information will be immediately available to public safety personnel.


Citizen Reports requires specific software.

  • ArcGIS for Server 10.4 (Standard or Advanced), or

  • GeoForm (ArcGIS Online configurable application template)
