The Resilience Outreach application is used to create briefings and reports that include ArcGIS maps, videos, photos, and written text. The application can be hosted in ArcGIS Online, or the application can be downloaded and hosted on your local web server.

To publish a resilience outreach application using ArcGIS Online, complete the following steps:

1. Use the Story Map Journal Tutorial to guide you through building a resilience outreach application for your organization using your authoritative maps.
2. Add maps that were created for the Community Resilience workflows.
3. Browse to the Resilience Outreach application and edit the item details and share it with your Emergency Management group.
