Key performance indicators can be accessed by executives with the Executive Dashboard application. Select a deployment method using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS for Server and follow the steps below to publish the services required for the Executive Dashboard application.

To publish Executive Dashboard services, complete the following steps:

1. Publish PerformanceIndicators.mxd as a hosted feature layer using ArcGIS Online or as a feature service using ArcGIS for Server.
2. Share this layer with government leaders and decision-makers who will be monitoring key performance indicators.
3. Open the ArcGIS Services Directory and record the REST endpoints (full URL paths) of each layer in the service.
