Remove add-ins

Follow the steps below to remove previous versions of the Local Government add-ins.

  1. Browse to the location of the configuration file and rename it (for example, previousLoaded.config). The configuration file (Loaded.config) is typically located in one of the following directories:
    Operating System Directory
    Windows Vista, 7, and 8 C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\ArcGISSolutions\ConfigFiles
    Windows Server 2008 C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\ArcGISSolutions\ConfigFiles
    Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\ArcGISSolutions\ConfigFiles
    Windows Server 2003 C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\ArcGISSolutions\ConfigFiles
  2. In ArcMap, open the Add-In Manager and browse to Customize > Add-In Manager.
  3. Remove previous versions of the following add-ins:
    • Address Management
    • Attribute Assistant
    • Capital Planning
    • Water Utility Network Tools
