Configure application

The Historical Election Results Gallery is a configuration of the Minimal Gallery configurable application template. The application consumes ArcGIS Online election result applications that you have authored and shared in the Historical Election Results group. This application can be hosted in ArcGIS Online, or downloaded and hosted on your local web server.

Historical Election Results Gallery application

To configure the Historical Election Results Gallery application using ArcGIS Online, complete the following steps:

Sign in to your ArcGIS Online organization.
Create an app from a group using the Historical Election Results group and Minimal Gallery configurable application template, then share it with your Public Maps and Apps group. For more information on configuring Minimal Gallery, see Minimal Gallery item page.

Caution:

The Historical Election Results Gallery application displays one or more apps in a group and related details about the group, such as the name and description. For this reason, the application must reference a group that contains the apps instead of referencing a single map.
Browse to the Historical Election Results Gallery application and edit the item details.
