Image Observables is a configurable template and can be used for a variety of scenarios. Once you have created a web map with the appropriate image and feature services, you can share your web map with the Image Observables application template to create a focused application for your mission. For example, Image Observables could be configured to collect structured observations pertaining to damage assessment, order of battle, or changes in activity.
