Special Needs Registry can be used to inventory vulnerable populations whose needs are not fully addressed by traditional service providers and will need assistance during an emergency incident.

Special Needs Registry is typically provided by public safety or emergency management personnel to vulnerable populations whose needs are not fully addressed by traditional service providers. During an emergency, response personnel may enter the homes of those enrolled in an Special Needs Registry program to assure the safety and welfare of an individual.


Deploying Special Needs Registry with the ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Tool requires specific software.
