Report Streetlight

The Report Streetlight Problem solution allows the public to submit a problem with a streetlight. The app allows a user to complete a streetlight problem form, attach photos if available, and submit the location of the problematic streetlight on the map.

Report Streetlight Problem not only makes reporting a streetlight problem easier for the customer but also helps a utility by eliminating the number of issue related customer service calls. To improve accuracy of the problems reported, streetlight locations and other reported issues are included on the map. The streetlight problems reported in this application can then be verified in the field and the reports can be used to create new work orders if needed.

Report Streetlight Problem requires specific technical experience and software.
