The Customer Complaints solution has been preconfigured to use the sample data within the customer complains CSV file and water service connections feature class. This sample data is referenced in the Customer Complaints JSON configuration file to perform the join of complaints and service connection and field mapping to the customer complaints feature service. By updating additional parameters in the configuration file, this Join, Calculate, and Load report can be configured for your utility's customer complaints and service connections data and schema.
