The Emergency Management model implementation will help you set up ArcGIS Online for your Emergency Management agency. Functional groups identified for an Emergency Management agency, can be added to your ArcGIS Online organization to address departmental or business needs in your emergency management agency. Typically, the structure of the functional groups aligns closely with your organizational structure and the services you are responsible for delivering. You're specific configuration may vary depending on the functional responsibilities of your Fire Department and the maturity of your ArcGIS implementation.
