You can configure a Potential Customers map and share it with the Marketing group in your organization. Marketing staff can then access the map on their smartphones or tablets with the Explorer for ArcGIS application.

Potential customers map

To configure the Potential Customers map, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to your ArcGIS organization.
2. Create a map that can be used to view the results of the potential new customer analysis, by completing the following workflows:
   • Choose a basemap
   • Add the Median Household Income map service and potential new customers layer to the map
   • Configure the layers pop-up properties
   • Save the map
3. Share the map with the Marketing group.
4. Sign in to the Explorer for ArcGIS application to access the Potential Customers map.
