Overview
Historical Election Results Gallery is a configuration of the Minimal Gallery application that can be used by the general public and other interested parties to view past election results. This application complements the Election Results application, and serves as a single destination for historical election results apps that can be accessed on desktops computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Historical Election Results are typically used by clerks, election commissions, or other government organizations to deliver a single destination of map-based historical election results apps. This application provides access to the organization 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and typically supplements historical tabular results published by these organizations.

What you get
Historical Election Results Gallery application is a configuration of Minimal Gallery application and ArcGIS Online without downloading any applications. However, if you want to host the application on your own server the application is available to download from ArcGIS Online.
