Once the provided datasets have been projected, the map document needs to be updated to the extent of your service area. Follow the steps below to update the PoleReport.mxd

Map document properties

1. In Windows Explorer, browse to your download's Maps and GDBs folder.
2. Open each map document.
3. Fix any broken data sources.
4. Pan and zoom the map to your service area.
5. Open the properties of the layer's data frame, select the Data Frame tab, and change the Extent of data in all layers.
6. Update the map document properties.

Remove existing data

1. In Window Explorer, browse to your download's Maps and GDBs folder.
2. Open each map documents.
3. Browse to ArcToolbox > Data Management Tools > Table.
4. Open the Delete Rows tool in Batch Mode.
5. Drag each layer from the Table of Contents into the dialog.
6. Run the process to remove all the features.
