Fabric Source Data batch job

Below is a list of the data quality control checks, broken out by groups, included in the Fabric Source Data batch job delivered with Data Reviewer for Tax Parcels. These preconfigured checks are just a sample of the important checks that can be used for validating, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of parcel fabric data.

Group name Description
Agreement between Parcel Types Checks This group contains checks configured to search for features that do not have the same Plan Names values.
Alignment Checks This group contains checks configured to search for misaligned features within the same or different feature classes.
Control Check Searches for duplicate Control Point features. Any point within 10 feet of another point returns a result.
Public Right Of Way Polygon Check Searches for Public Right Of Way polygons that overlap Tax Parcel polygons.
Subdivision Line Checks This group contains checks configured to identify the following:
  • Subdivision Lines features with invalid geometry. This includes null geometries, empty geometries, features with empty envelopes, and nonsimple geometries.
  • Subdivision Lines features with more than two vertices.
Subdivision Polygon Checks This group contains checks configured to do the following:
  • Validate coded value and range domains to ensure that all values meet domain constraints.
  • Search for Subdivisions polygons with missing Name values.
  • Search for duplicate Subdivision Name values.
  • Search for Subdivisions polygons with missing Plan Name values.
  • Search for duplicate Subdivision Plan Name values.
  • Identify Subdivisions polygons with invalid geometry. This includes null geometries, empty geometries, features with empty envelopes, and nonsimple geometries.
  • Search for Subdivisions polygons that do not have their Type set to 5 (Simultaneous Conveyance).
Subdivision Topology Check This group returns the geometry of features that violate the topology rules defined for the Subdivisions feature dataset in the sample geodatabase.
Tax Parcel Line Checks This group contains checks configured to identify the following:
  • Tax Parcel Line features with missing Calculated values.
  • Tax Parcel Line features with unexpected or missing Category values.
  • Tax Parcel Line features with invalid geometry. This includes null geometries, empty geometries, features with empty envelopes, and nonsimple geometries.
  • Tax Parcel Line features with more than two vertices.
Tax Parcel Polygon Checks This group contains checks configured to do the following:
  • Validate coded value and range domains to ensure that all values meet domain constraints.
  • Search for Tax Parcel polygons with missing Name values.
  • Search for duplicate Tax Parcel Name values.
  • Search for Tax Parcel polygons with missing Plan Name values.
  • Identify Tax Parcel polygons with invalid geometry. This includes null geometries, empty geometries, features with empty envelopes, and nonsimple geometries.
  • Search for Tax Parcel polygons that do not have their Type set to 7 (Tax Parcel).
Tax Parcel Topology Check Returns the geometry of features that violate the topology rules defined for the Tax Parcels feature dataset.

Historical Tax Parcel Polygon group check Searched for Historic Tax Parcel polygons that do not have their status set to Historical.
Subdivision lines with more than start and end point vertices check Subdivision line has more vertices than expected
Parcel Type meets domain check Type value doesn't match domain
SimConType meets domain check Simultaneous Conveyance type does not meet domain
Calculated field is NULL check Calculated field should be 0 or 1
Tax Parcel lines with more than start and end point vertices check Tax Parcel line has more vertices than expected
