The Circuit Map Viewer application is a configuration of the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. The application requires the circuit map you authored and geographic information from your organization.
Circuit Map Viewer application
To configure the Circuit Map Viewer application, complete the following steps:
- Create an app using Web AppBuilder and add the following:
- Title: Circuit Map Viewer
- Summary: An app to locate tie switches and filter the high/medium voltage electric network by Circuit ID.
- Tags: Electric, Circuit
- Update the application's theme.
- In the Map tab, click Choose Web Map and choose the Circuit map previously created.
- Click the Widget tab, then click Set the widgets in this controller, and add the Group Filter widget to the application.
- Rename the Group Filter widget to Circuit Area Filter.
- Configure the Circuit Area Filter widget using the following parameters:
- Filter Set Name: Circuit ID
- Description: Filters assets on the map by circuit ID.
- Preset Operator: Equals.
- Preset Value: RMT003.
- Add and configure the filter layers and fields using the following settings:
Layers Fields Use Value Primary Underground Conductor Feeder ID Checked Primary Overhead Conductor Feeder ID Unchecked Bus Bar Feeder ID Unchecked Voltage Regulator Feeder ID Unchecked Transformer Feeder ID Unchecked Switch Feeder ID Unchecked Circuit Breaker Feeder ID Unchecked - Check Start in Simple View.
- Check Zoom to.
- Click Ok.
- Hover over the lower-left corner of the Circuit Area Filter widget and set the widget to open when application loads.
- Configure the application's attributes to meet your organization's branding requirements.
- Save the Circuit Map Viewer application.
- Browse to the Circuit Map Viewer and edit the item details:
