Control Measure and METOC points, lines, and areas are also included. Finally, there are layers for Land Equipment, Land Units, Activities, Civilian, Space, Signal Intercept, and Cyberspace Features.
  2. Follow the Task Group: Explore Sample Data and Feature Templates.
    • This task group will guide you through configuring the available feature templates before creating your own overlay. This includes deleting the sample data, creating new feature templates, and deleting unnecessary feature templates.
  3. Follow the Task Group: Store data in File or Enterprise Geodatabase.
    • This task group will narrate how to migrate the Military Overlay Schema to an enterprise geodatabase.
    • Using an enterprise geodatabase will allow you to share your overlays as editable web layers in ArcGIS Enterprise.
  4. Follow the Task Item: Create and Share an Overlay.
    • This task item will step you through creating features from feature templates and customizing their symbology in the Attributes pane.
    • This task item will also step you through the process of editing the overlay in a Layout and exporting it as an image. In addition, it will guide you through the process of sharing the overlay as web layers for use in web-based information products.
