The ArcGIS Collector application consumes maps that are accessible to named users in your ArcGIS Online organization. Configure a railroad inspection map and share it with individuals conducting field assessments in your organization. Inspectors can then access the map on their smartphones or tablets when they sign in to the ArcGIS Collector application.

To create an ArcGIS Online railroad inspection map, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to your ArcGIS Online organization.
2. Create a collector map to inventory railroad crossing information using the sample data.
3. Sign in to the ArcGIS Collector to access the Railroad Inspection map.
