The Public Outage application allows customers to view the electric system's status. This application is created using the ArcGIS Online Basic Viewer configurable application template.
Outages app
To configure the Public Outage app, complete the following steps:
- Create an app from the Outages map and Basic Viewer configurable application template. Share the app using the same properties as the Outages map.
- Configure the app.
- Browse to the Outages app and edit the item details:
- Title: Outages
- Thumbnail image:
- Summary: An app showing the current status of the electric system for the service area.
- Tags: Electric, Customer, Outages
