Follow the steps below to remove previous versions of the Attribute Assistant Add-In or Gas Utility Network Tools Add-In.

1. Browse to the location of the configuration files and rename them (for example, previousloaded.aa.config). The configuration files (loaded.aa.config for the Attribute Assistant Add-In or loaded.gas.config for the Gas Utility Tools Add-In) are typically located in one of the following directories:

   Operating System	Directory
   Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 and Server 2008, 2012	%AppData%\ArcGISSolutions\ConfigFiles
   Windows XP, 2000 and Server 2003	C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\ArcGISSolutions\ConfigFiles

2. In ArcMap, open the Add-In Manager and browse to Customize > Add-In Manager.
3. Remove previous versions of the Attribute Assistant Add-In or Gas Utility Network Tool Add-In.
