untools version 2.3.4
The June 2019 release of the Utility Network Package Tools toolbox that includes the following updates:
- Updated the Apply Asset Package tool:
- Resolved a regression where the tool would fail if the target utility network already had rules defined.
- Updated the Export Asset Package tool:
- Resolved an issue where the tool would fail when the output folder contained non-ASCII characters. This resolves BUG-000122631.

The May 2019 release of the Utility Network Package Tools toolbox that includes the following updates:
- Resolved a regression when the Service Territory is a layer in the map in the Stage Utility Network tool.
- Added validation to block Export Asset Package when the Utility Network Release is newer than the current version.
- Updated the Apply Asset Package tool:
- Added a warning on invalid globalID values in the service territory feature class.
- Added validation to verify default values at the subtype level are valid within the assigned domain.
- Added validation on bitPosition on inline network attributes to ensure they do not exceed the maximum bitSize.
- Resolved an issue where Apply Asset Package failed to run with a Standard license of ArcGIS Pro with untools 2.3.2. This resolves BUG-000121554.
- Added validation to block Apply Asset Package when the Utility Network Release version does not match the current version.
- Added validation when assigning nullable network attributes to nullable fields.
- Resolved a regression where the spatial reference of a feature dataset in the asset package is in a geographic coordinate system.
- Added validation to check if the domain network being applied is defined in the A_DomainNetwork table.
- Enhanced the error message to include the name of the table missing required fields in the asset package.

- Added support to allow apportionable network attributes to be assigned to any feature class.
- Resolved an issue in which applying a subset of domain networks failed.
- Added an error message that occurs when using a newer version of an asset package on a previous release of ArcGIS Pro.
- Added the Utility Network DSID to workspace domain names to ensure that they are unique. This resolves BUG-000119585 and BUG-000119576.
- Added a warning message that occurs when features exist outside the service territory envelope buffer.
- Added an error message that occurs when workspace domain field types are assigned to a field with a different type.
