Create map

To share the mapped CCTV observations, a map can be configured in your ArcGIS organization for your utility to learn more about the health of your sanitary sewer system.

CCTV observations

To create a CCTV Observations map, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your ArcGIS organization.
  2. Create a map that can be used to view CCTV observations, by completing the following workflow:
    • Choose a basemap.
    • Add the CCTV observations layer to the map.
    • Configure the layer pop-up properties.
    • Save the map.
  3. Share the map with your Network Operations group.
