The service required for the Door to Door Sales Campaign solution can also be created using ArcGIS Desktop and the DoorToDoorSales.mxd. To publish the service, select a deployment method and follow the steps below to publish the required service.

Customer locations

To publish the Customer Locations map and add it ArcGIS Online, complete the following steps:

1. Publish the map as a hosted feature layer or as a feature service using ArcGIS for Server or ArcGIS Enterprise with the Create, Delete, Query, and Update capabilities enabled.
2. Sign in to your ArcGIS organization.
3. Browse to the service and edit the item details:
   • Title: Customer Locations
   • Thumbnail image:
   • Summary: Service to support the door to door sales activities showing the locations of customers to prospect.
   • Tags: Door to Door, Sales, Marketing
