The Fire Department model implementation will help you set up ArcGIS Online for your Fire Department. Functional groups identified for a Fire Department, can be added to your ArcGIS Online organization to address departmental or business needs in your local government. Typically, the structure of the functional groups aligns closely with your organizational structure and the services you are responsible for delivering. You're specific configuration may vary depending on the functional responsibilities of your Fire Department and the maturity of your ArcGIS implementation.
