Leak Assignment is a ArcGIS Workforce project for managing activities related to reported leaks. It is designed for operation managers to create and manage work assignments and for mobile workers to review and complete assignments in the field. It is configured to help manage leak investigations by creating a workflow to quickly assign work from the office and for field workers to view and complete assignments in the field using Field Apps. The symbology and configuration of the map is designed with mobile devices and busy field crews in mind and provides a clean interface for performing inspections and editing data.

You can do the following in a Leak Assignment project contains features that allow you to do the following:

• A worker and dispatcher map
• Search by an address or a layer in the map
• Assign work to field workers
• Review the status of assigned work
