The Leak and Customer Outage dashboard provides an overview of leaks and outages for your water system. The dashboard provides visualizations to help you quickly understand the current state of leaks and outages for your organization and their impacts on customers.
View leaks
The dashboard provides information on the state of leaks for your water system.
- Sign in to your ArcGIS organizational account.
- Open the Leak and Customer Outage dashboard.
- View leak-related elements on the right side of the dashboard.
The dashboard provides static and dynamic elements.
- Select a Leak Status category in the header.
The map and Leaks by Type serial chart are dynamically filtered based on the selected status, while the indicator elements remain static.
- Select a leak type in the Leaks by Type chart.
The map is dynamically filtered based on the selected leak type.
View outages
The dashboard provides information on the state of outages for your water system.
- Open the Leak and Customer Outage dashboard.
- View outage-related elements on the left side of the dashboard.
The dashboard provides static and dynamic elements.
- Select an Outage Status category in the header.
The map and Outages by Type serial chart are dynamically filtered based on the selected status, while the indicator elements remain static.
- Select an outage type in the Outage by Type chart.
The map is dynamically filtered based on the selected outage type.
